Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns and Conditions of Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 2 weeks after you receive your order to request a return.

Returning Goods:

To begin a return contact us at order@hillcountrycraftco.com. We will not accept anything sent without prior approval. If you need to return something, contact us and we will let you know where to send it.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are in the ORIGINAL packaging

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. After approved it can take up to 30 days from the day we receive the returned item(s) to issue your refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. If it is not approved, we will contact you by email to discuss why.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts:

Gift items will be given a store credit to the person who received the gift. If it was a gift but sent to the purchaser to give as a gift later, the purchaser will be given the store credit. We are not able to refund gift card purchases.
